Fly google earth
Open up Google Earth, click somewhere on the globe and press Ctrl+A+A. Pick your runway and take off. Unfortunately, none of the northwest is available but I'm trying to make my way from San Francisco to Portland. If you have a joystick, it might be somewhat easier than the keyboard controls.
Pg up - increase throttle
pg dn - decrease throttle
elevation - up and down arrow keys
turn - right and left arrow keys
