Large indoor storage in Newport

I don't know if it has been discussed here yet, but I figured someone might take advantage of this.
There's a fairly new storage company called Sulla Baia Storage on the North Bay Road in Newport east of Englund's, right between Sawyer's Landing and Riverbend Marine Repair. Their sign said they had 36' x 40' and 18' x 40' units avaliable. The only downside I can think of as far as boat storage is their fence will definitely prevent easy boat backing and maneuvering inside the compound for some of the units.
I drive by it two or three times per week. If you want more details, I can look into it more. PM me for the phone number.

Wow! Cool! I just put up Sulla Baia! Then, I did a search and someone already found this boat storage!
