Hey Mike.

How's the club doing. How about a report ? There were alot of us here that helped this club get together, well actually gave advice to the people forming the club, well actually most likely not very valuable advice, in fact, we didn't do much, but gosh.. we would still like to hear about any success...........

FB,

I didn't know that there was want out there for a club report or I would have given one earlier. The club is doing good this is our first full year. I have been talking with local hactheries and the Albany Steelheaders and trying to get the word out that we have people that would love to help out with fish projects. As far as membership goes we have about 15 people that have showed up but about 8-10 regulars. I am still trying to get our "advisor" Kwicky to show up. (Mike just poking some fun).
We have had great success with getting knowledgeable fishermen to come speak to the club. We have had RT, Bill Kremers, Grant Scheele and this week Dave Schamp is scheduled to come in. The first meeting back we have Mark Anderson scheduled to talk with us. It has been fun meeting and talking with some great fishermen.
As club events I am planning fishing trips to the Sieltz and S. Santiam in the upcoming months and we Adopted a strech of highway along the Alsea so we will have some clean up dates.
All in all things are going really well and we continue to look to gain members, get new speakers, and get involved in some projects.
