Took me a little to figure it out. The key is that while you cannot leave the thief with any family member, it is OK to leave the thief alone. That was fun. I enjoy logic puzzles.

Wow I'm impressed with myself. 6 minutes no lie, and I usually suck at these type of games. I get very bored of them easily, but I stuck with it! Now how is my IQ measured? I already did an IQ test in my physiology class and I was curious as to what IQ the Chinese predict I have.

A friend told me about something very similar quiz (maybe even the exact same) when he was applying at the huge software firm up north. There was another one about a length of rope, but I don't remember what it was (or much else from college).

I just did it again and it took less than a minuet. You just have to find the pattern to figure out the game.

lol.. that is messed up.. I did it once, and then tried to do it again to find out how I did it the first time and ended up with a totally different solution. Good puzzle. First time was about 10 mins I think. It's all about using someone who knows how to run the ferry to shuttle one kid at a time and using the parent to shuttle and then bringing them back.... Cheers!

I had them making bamboo poles and they bank fished all day. They forgot all about the need to cross the river and lost all the aggression towards each other. My son figured it out eventually. Good puzzle though...
