Revolver carry options for Big Guy (girth)

I am wondering what some of the bigger dudes have found works well for carrying a revolver during hunting. I think mine is too big for concealment. Side note, I have a hard time concealing anything larger than my 380 Colt mustang +II. Anyway, I am looking for a holster system for my 454 casull Super Redhawk with 7.5" barrel. Back up short range while rifle hunting and for straight handgun hunting. Specific model would be helpful!

I always liked the vertical shoulder rig. I found it to be most comfortable for me(Bad back, so a hip holster is out of the question for me).

The hip holster is a lot more comfortable for some, but exposes the gun to crud and the elements more.
