Default Yamaha mechanic??

Anyone recommend a good Yamaha mechanic in the Portland area? I have an 1992 T9.9 hi- Thrust 4-stroke that has an automatic choke system I just cant get to work right. Once warm, it purrs like a kitten. Ive gone thru all the checks in the manual, but just can't get it to cold start without pulling the cover and throttling the air inlet with my fingers.
