This is the type of thing that happens when you let the animal rights groups gain a foot hold and do not shut them down. This is nothing more than another obstacle and costly hoop to jump through in order to do what is right for our wildlife.

It's about time. I agree we should get-r-done ASAP. I heard that the process of taking these fish eaters out commission won't happen until the first week of April. Enough time for all the hippies to get their appeals filed and prolong the process.
