Default New Seats

..well I got the two new seats in, finally have One arm rest up front in the cab anyway.. Put a suspension base under it, really just two rubber blocks with a hinge front. Will be interesting to see if it smooths out the ride much - the box says 75% shock absorbtion..

Had to modify the galley cabinet and trim to allow for the bigger seat and suspension...

The aft seat, near the aft wheel outside tha AK bulkhead - sits on a alu 90 deg bracket w speed-knobs to a Scotty DR mount. Looking forward to that, last year I hurt to much after a day of sitting on the gunnel.

Shifting to spring maint..

ran the T-8 today for 1/3 hr....healed itself over the winter, must of had a speck of dirt in a jet..

Start on trailer bearings tommorow...

Is there a brand name on the seat bases? How much were they? Thanks.

I am really interested to hear how this goes. My uncle, who is my most frequent and best fishing partner, has a badback. I would like to replace my passenger seat with a shock absorbing seat and I am curious what would be the best purchase.
