Why not? Can't think of a single reason not too. Have tried to make last two , but schedule didnt allow. Hope for something better this time. I will propose either Jan 25th or 26th. Say around 7pm. Someone name a place.

I can do the 25th, we had one out at Porters in Keizer and that worked well because we got a nice room to hang out and the service was good.

Of course the new guys are welcome. Everyone is. Its a time to get to know some people and put faces to names you've read here on the board. Its also a good time to swap lies with other like minded people.

Some folks drink beer, others pop or water. Porters has good food so I'd recommend bringing an appetite. So far it sounds like Porters on the 25th. Normally I play hoops on Wednsdays but I can always give up exercise for beer drinking.

Unless of course somebody else has another idea?

how about the 26th? then you could play hoops on wed!my first night off is the 26th. i hope this will work???? im also open to about anywhere, i also heard the firehouse bar and grill is real nice? its out portland rd way! hope this will work. i have fished around you for probaly 15-20yrs rich,

Im in for it, but I will stay away from the strip clubs (firehouse). Porters works good, Don and Vikki are a class act and treat ya well. I made the last one for a few min but was working. I am up for one. Let me know when.

I like beer and fishn lies also. Might even have a few of my own! :tongue: Would enjoy meeting more ifishers. I did meet Jennie today. She has a new 11 ft Dlx Rapidcat to try out for awhile and do some fishn' research on the coastal rivers.

Even tho I live now in Corvallis, I lived in Salem the first 25 years of my life and work there..........Id like to come but the 25th is Ash Wednesday, most churches will have an evening mass that day :depressed:

Well, I'm back from sore lipping some fish on the coast. Nice day, plenty of fish. A couple even met with a wood shampoo.

Sounds like we need a decision on a date. Is there any reason we couldn't do it on Friday the 27th?

I didn't realize we had some votes for a strip club. :blush: I think keeping this female friendly wouldn't be a bad idea.

Anyhow, lets get a consensus on what the best day will be and I'll get the room. The choices are:

Wednsday
Thursday
Friday

I'll do any and all.
