How do I send a pic to a cell phone?

I am probably one of the last people in this worlrd that doesn't have a cell phone.Anyhow my brother doesn't have a computer at the moment,but he sends me pictures from his phone to my laptop.I'm here scratching my head trying to figure out how to send a picture to his cell phone.It's nothing major just a pic of a sturgeon I caught today,I kinda wanted to rub it in alitle,and figured that somebody here might have more experience in the computer to cell phone thing.I do have him on MSN msgr and am able to text him,but I don't have an option to send a pic.Any help would be greatly apreciated.

I've found a great site called Myxertones.com that allows you to upload software off of your hard drive and send it directly to your phone, then in turn you can forward it to your brothers. It's a free site, but you do have to register to use their services. No credit card info or anything like that, so i find it to be safe. On top of pictures, you can download ring tones, movie clips, etc.
