Default Detroit Mongold launch

Anyone know if this Launch is good to go. I was thinking of taking my son up this weekend. I have a 19' NR to launch but don't know if the water is to low. Thanks

If you go take some waders you may need them. Last week I had to back a long ways into the water to lanch my boat. Water was 40 degrees. I fish only two hours my wife was to cold. We caught 3 rainbows. Look at my green peter report. I would go there.
Good luck
Larry

It was open when I went through Detroit almost two weeks ago, the water level looks pretty low (normal winter height). I don't know if they are expecting snow this weekend though I know there is snow expected higher up the mountain.
