Default Siuslaw river

The river level looks good, so anybody been fishing? I want to go hit the river, but havn't heard of many people talking about it. Any fish being caught?

I havent heard a lot either I have heard the fishing is slow in the upper stretches because the water is on the low clear side below the forks the water is still a bit on the high side

I am going in the morning but havent figured out exactly where quite yet.

I started fishing the Whitaker Creek area on Wed. The water was not clear, about 3' visibility. It was too crowded there for me, I didn't even launch the boat. I headed downstream a few miles, and hooked a spent hen from the bank.
