How do you get there? on the Wilson R

I would like to walk in and fish the holes just above the Donaldson take out and just below the Donaldson take out on the EAST side of the river. Any one know the land owner to ask permission?
Also I've seen two guys fishing on the bank at the acclamation pond. Does anyone know who to talk to about permission to fish that too? Thanks Don
