Default Only one Marine Reserve in Oregon

This is a win-win situation for everybody. Let's make the fish aquarium in Newport the only Marine reserve in Oregon with the Governors name on it.
Ted gets his legacy, scientists can do research, and the environmentals can feed/watch the fish in the aquarium. What does everybody think about this?

That's where much of the effort along these lines started in California. Montery was a fishing town way back when.

Now there is an aquarium and a closed protected bay. That is not the future of Newport that I want to look forward to.

John is right. I lived in San Jose, CA for ten years. I played in Monterey Bay on a regular basis (SCUBA diving, spear fishing, etc.)...the restrictions in the bay were a steady progression. This is exactly what they are attempting to do here!

You guys are right. I hope this train turns around and heads back to California with people that love No-Fishing (Marine) reserves.
