Default Youth Pheasant hunt

Hey folks due to the early Easter weekend I have had a high rate of last minute drop outs this year.
We are looking for youth that are interested in this hunt. Location is Heppner at Rolling Hills Preserve. Delta Waterfowl is our major sponsor this year greatly helping defer the cost.
Dates are March 21 and 22 hunt dates with many folks arriving on Thursday evening. This is a great oppurtunity to get the younguns and even some of the olduns some great wing shooting. Our goal is to plant the seed in the younger generation so we keep it easy and fast and go up from there depending on age. 2008 hunting license is needed or a preserve permit which I think is $10. Remember a hunter education is not required if they are accompanied by an adult without a firearm.
Do you have a young dog in need of tune up?
We start each day off with a safety briefing and firearms course. Usually break around noon on Friday for some clay shooting and then on to the afternoon hunt Then hunt the next morning and then back to our homes after clean up. Camping on site. This year featureing some dutch oven cooking. So contact Dan Neal at 503-369-4868 if you are interested or know of anyone who may be.

No Cost for Youth, If accompanying adult is carrying and hunting though we ask that they make up their part of $1000. Divieded by all adults that hunt. Right now somewhere between 100 to 200 depending on how many we get. No cost for camping. Bring extra ammo for the clays shooting though. any other questions give me a call.

I suspect once everyone gets up and ready.
Its not like waterfowl season, so its pretty open and free form.

I would assume by 8-9:00 am at the latest, or once the dew starts lifting.
