Default A day on the K

Pressure was suprisingly light on the Kilchis today!
It was awesome!
By oh, say 10ish, only 4 boats had gone down, and the conditions were prime.
We put in at the park with Moleman at about 11:30 or so.
I made lunch and a spice cake, and packed it in the boat.
Off we went!
It was such a beautiful day, and Moleman, a pleasure to fish with...
He let me use an awesome K 16 of his and it got me into this beautiful buck, coming in at about 33 or 34 lbs. Boy, did this brute take me for a spin!
It started with the, "Oh, I don't think he's very big... to "OHMYGOSH!" to, "Is it a chum?" to the throbbing pulsing, head shaking realization that it could not possibly be a chum!
It was sooooo fun!
We released him, but I got this pic of Moleman and the fish before the release....

Thanks, Moleman, it was a pleasure!
Now, onto coleslaw, fried razors and french fries... YUM!

Jen
