Default 30 second outdoor cleaner

Anyone use this stuff? It really works great but is pretty spendy. I have mixed bleach, water, and a little soap together and it works fairly well but nothing compared to 30 soc.
Any guesses on missing ingredients?

According to the material safety data sheet:

Sodium Hypochorite (Bleach) 6.25%
Trisodium Phosphate 2.63%
Surfactant (some type of soap) 0.1%
Balance is likely water

TSP - look at the ingredients on Cherrios. The same TSP is in the cereal.

FYI - the surfactant is typically used to prevent dirt from redopositing on the substrate or cleaned surface. A small amount of a polyethylene glycol or carboxy methyl cellulose based detergent should fit the bill.

Question Re: 30 second outdoor cleaner

OK you guys seem to have at least taken your basic high school chemistry class that I skipped.

Is this the same stuff that they sometimes display on endcaps at the big box hardware stores maybe with a video showing them hosing off stuff with it?? If so I have been avoiding it due to the phosphates. I recall being told that the reason we see "suds" floating down the river or building up near the shorline is due to phosphates. Same thing?? If so I have to wonder why we're readily dumping more of it into our water system just to save a little elbow grease.

I'm not trying to be critical, just honestly trying to learn and "voicing" my thoughts at the same time.

THANKS!!!!
A.A.

On concrete wet it down and sprinkle Tide with Bleach of go to Costco and
buy their powder soap with bleach. Let it sit for a while and pressure wash it off . The moss goes away.

If I'm going to pressure wash, nothing extra needed.

By the responses here, I'm not sure if anyone has used the 30 second stuff. The moment it his a wooden fence of deck, it's instantly clean. No foam, no suds.

My experiment today worked, but no instantly. Think there must be a missing ingredient.

This is pretty innocent compared to washing everything with lemon joy.
