Estuary/John Day area

Headed to the Astoria on Sunday, thought we'd do a little Gator fishing and maybe some crabbing. Does anyone have a current report on this 'fishery'? Don't really need to get caught up in the log recovery - should be able to stay far enough away from that mess. :shocked:

I think you are going to be your own reconnaisance. If they are there fishing it is probably just a couple guys.
