Any info. on the color of the Siletz

Just wondering who on this board fishes the Siletz regularly and can give me some info. on the conditions above tidewater.

I just talked to a friend that lives over there and she thinks that there was maybe a slide up river because it is running so muddy. Doesn't sound good.

I am looking for a good spot on Sunday. Have a house in Gleneden and thought I'd check w/ central coast. Got six last Sat., kept one bright hen. :grin:

With all the rain and the severe logging upriver I wouldn't be surprised by a slide, though very dismayed. So many tributaries of the Siletz have already been blown out to bedrock - you can seem them all around - even areas that don't have streams.

any confirmation on this? still off color?
