Default McNary Patience...

Took a co worker to the dam last
night. He could only fish till
midnight. We had 4 rips but no
hookups. I took him back to the dock
and refreshed the plug with jelly and
shrimp. Next three passes, 3 fish. 2
hatchery fish 8 and 10 pounds. One
native released. Is this place finally
slowing down? Will be back Sunday
night! I keep telling myself that I
will start perching the first time I
get skunked. When is it gonna happen?

What an incredible streak. You got it dialed allright. Have you been keeping a total? I keep emailing your posts to my father in Yakima to get him out there. He has been too busy. Looks like he might miss out. What will you chase next after this slows?

Fish Hunter,
My crew have hooked 196 steelhead and landed 146. I love catching and eating perch. I do my perching at Scootney Reservoir. Silver buddies with an eyeball, or a swedish pimple with an eyeball. Cajun coating in peanut oil. Mmmmmmm perch, Mmmmmmm.

Bumper Chrome,
It has been like summer there. Temps have been real warm. The roads have been great with no fog. Give em hell Sat. night. We will be there Sun. and Mon. night. Whataya mean kid thing? Aren't we all kids? I fish out of my boat and when it freezes we skate and ice fish. The ice only lasted 3 weeks last year but we sure had fun.

Thumper,
You are a fishaholic also aren't ya? Was that your old boat in the trader? 22 ft., mid-engine wooldridge? 460 cubic inch motor?
Bumper Chrome,
Size is a relative thing! I can get a nice filet out of a small one. Its all good!
