I have a great chowder recipe for those halibut cheeks. Yummmmm!

Largest halibut I caught on Kodiak was appx 125#. About five long runs and 1/2 hour later, we got her up. I would rather hook a 40# .... easier to catch and tastier too!

The secret is......there is none! That's my story and I'm sticking to it! All I can say is use the freshest of vegies...right from the garden if possible.

Anywho....I will get in touch with you about a Kodiak trip in May...if you have an extra seat. Catch up with you soon!
