Delta Waterfowl's first Oregon chapter, the Columbia River Delta chapter is meeting 3/7/2008

2. Treasurer’s Report— 3 Minutes
·Report on current balance of checking account, any outstanding invoices
·Report on balance of WHF for chapter projects (info to be provided by Scott Terning & Scot Marcin)
3. Youth Chairman’s Report—5 to 10 minutes
·Youth Pheasant Hunt
oDetails by Dan Neal: where, when, cost, directions, camping, etc.
oDecide chapter’s contribution to project (i.e. WHF money, volunteer hours, etc.)
·Youth Outdoor Day
oConfirm registration, payment of $250 entry fee
oDetails on where, when, sign-ups to volunteer
·September Youth Waterfowl Hunt
oBegin discussion of location, initial volunteer sign-ups
4. Conservation Chairman’s Report—5 minutes
·Status of Hen Nesting Box Project, including estimated costs incurred to date and anticipated future costs; sign-ups for volunteers to install & monitor
oDecide chapter’s contribution to project (i.e. WHF money, volunteer hours, etc.)
5. Other Projects & Events—5 minutes
·Brownsmead Boat Ramp clean-up and repair: Details to be provided by Dan Neal
