Default 46029 Is Back

Well, 46029 (the Columbia River buoy) is back up and transmitting info, including new data for Salinity and Dew Point. Some of you smart guys will have to figure out how that new info can be used to locate and catch more fish. Glad it is back! 46050 (the Newport buoy) is next.

Interesting reading on the repair/replacement of the weather buoys is available at oregonlive.com....see the Buoy Blog with Stuart Tomlinson onboard The Coast Guard Cutter Fir.
