Default Who will be the 1st boat down the Wilson?

FINALLY WE HAVE RAIN!! The Wilson will be full of big Chinook. I will be the first driftboat down the minute it shows some color other than brown. Oh what a day it will be. Don't try to first water me Will I see any of you Ifishers there?

Don't get your hopes up too much. My bet is that this will not be the 20+ fish landed per person that we have had in past years.

1. It's a little late in the season
2. Still suffering from the flood years, not the numbers of fish that we are used to having.

Should still be good though.........

It should happen some time in the next four to five days depending on how much more rain we get. Looks like it crested near flood stage this morning.

I'm expecting a five to ten fish day when it fishes.

GO GET UM RAGS!!!! WILL YOU BE TAKING GOLFPRO OR SNAPSHOT. SOUNDS LIKE YOU WILL NEED A BIG ANCHOR. I'LL BE AT THE GAME WATCHING LUKE AND DUSTIN STALEY THIS SATURDAY. SHOULD BE A GOOD GAME. (UTAH'S ANSWER TO THE CIVIL WAR GAME-OU VS OSU--BYU VS UTAH!!! YOU WILL PROBABLY HAVE TO GO HELP SNAPSHOT PICK UP HIS SLED TONIGHT. GO GET THEM NOOKS!!!

NW OREGON/SW WASHINGTON COASTAL BASINS BULLETIN NO. 1

..A FLOOD WATCH HAS BEEN ISSUED EFFECTIVE UNTIL 500 PM PST WEDNESDAY
AFTERNOON FOR THE FOLLOWING AREAS...
WILSON RIVER IN NWOREGON.

HEAVY RAIN IN THE COAST RANGE OVER THE LAST 12 HOURS HAS CAUSED THE
WILSON RIVER TO RISE RAPIDLY. THE 1230 AM OBSERVATION AT THE
TILLAMOOK GAGE WAS 10.4 FEET. FLOOD STAGE IS 13.0 FEET. THE RIVER
COULD CREST AT OR ABOVE FLOOD STAGE DURING THE LATE MORNING HOURS.

THE NEXT STATEMENT WILL BE ISSUED BY 900 AM TODAY.
