Default question on recieving pics via e-mail

Once in a while, I send out a pic via email to a group of people. Most can view it fine but one person opens the pic and has to scroll up and down to view the whole pic. In other words the pic is taking up 3 screens wide by 3 screens high. Can I do anything before sending to help them? or What do they need to adjust?

You can make it smaller, because chances are their screen resolution is a lot lower than the rest of you have.

I think that it's coincidental that they're both on AOL, unless AOL's mail viewer window is tiny. It's still at least part to do with screen resolution. In short, if they have really old computers it's likely that their screen resolution is really low. Or, if they have eyesight problems they may have the screen res set really low to help them read.
