Default Willamette River House
Unfortunately I have to move to Texas for a year for work.

We have a house on the river we are hoping to rent. My wife and I will be leaving this week and will be back in Feb 09.

Here are a few details:
Waterfront home on the Willamette River - Above I5 Bridge in Butteville area, before Champoeg Park. 4.5 miles from I5.

3 bedroom - 3 Bathroom
2 Car garage
LOTS of windows overlooking the river.
NEW Stainless Kitchen Aid Appliances - double dishwasher, fride, oven, warming drawer.
Large Entertainment room Downstairs - With Huge Black Leather sectional, Bigscreen TV, and stereo system.
Laundry Room - with water purification system
Private Boat Dock with Hydrohiost Boat lift
New HUGE Decks and stairs to the water.
New stamped concrete porch
New 8 person hottub over looking the river
New Artificial Turf (proturf) sun area near water.
New sod yards and landscaping.
Fenced back yard

Pets on case by case basis - NO SMOKING

Must Rent - Bring all offers

Rent; semi furnished is 3500 per month.

Mortgage is much more but we need to get it rented.
