Barnes Varmint Grenade Question

I was thinking about loading some of these up and was wondering if anyone has any good/bad reports about them. Would anyopne suggest 36gr vs 50gr to shoot out of a ruger bolt M77 MKII .223

I would go with whatever bullet matches your twist rate. If you have a twist slower than 1 in 12, I'd use the 36 gr bullet. If your twist is faster than 1 in 12, I'd stick with the 50 gr. Especially if you'll shoot at coyotes.
