ATTN: Luredragger!
Is this it? Your secret plug?
I forgot to congratulate you on your winning fish! Anytime you can win $100's on a 5.2 pounder, that is a big fish! Been scooping up MagWARTS all over the internet. This baby only cost me $4.99. I had one go $31.50!

Re: ATTN: Luredragger!
Beautiful plug Steve:
What kind of fish was caught on this plug? We have done well with this plug on steelhead and an springer or two. I haven't been fishing for a couple of months now. Did you hear that I lost everything in a house fire. Everything!! I lost my house, truck, car, boat, dog, cat, all 28 fishing rods, and everything in the house and garage. My wife and I made it out in our P.J.'s at 3:00am in the morning. Hey, I even lost those Swedish pimples that you told me about and that I would really like to have you someday show me how to use.  Fishrite

Re: ATTN: Luredragger!
Keyripes Fishrite! That is terrible news. Thank God you and your wife are still alive. If you feel like fishing for Springers at the Wind this April and May, just let me know. I will have room for you! I have never pulled this color but Leo (Luredragger) hammers the Fall Chinook with it, I think.

Re: ATTN: Luredragger!
FNF,I guess the word is out. Yes that is the plug. For some reason the fall chinook seem to like it a lot better than the springers. $4.99 is a great price. The ones that I have found are around $8 a piece if you can find them. But the good news is that I will be getting 24 dozen of them around the 1st of march. I have asked about your favorite, the AV66 from my sources but they haven't been able to find any so far. I to have been picking up wiggle warts for awhile. Just what I need is more, I already have well over 500 of them right now. Now I have heard reports of another old style wiggle wart they are using on the snake called the flat wart. I have an outlet for these as well but they are going to be spendy. From what I have heard they are deadly on steelhead. I lao know where I can get a dozen or so of the AV215, it has a purlpe stripe instead of the blue stripe. They are only $3.45 a piece, I may buy all of them. My girfriend is about ready to have me committed I think.

Re: ATTN: Luredragger!
FNF--Thanks for the invitation. I would love to spend a day or two in your boat. I'd also like to pick your brain on those "jumbos" that you put on the board last year. Remember that I am retired and can go at a moments notice!!  If you ever get the urge just give me a buzz, it is a long drive for me....but I'm ready. I lost 50 quarts of eggs in the fire. That and my trophy blacktail and 2 antelope were hard to take. Also the pictures of all the fish...I did save one of the pictures of the 50 lb. springer from the Clackamas Stay in touch good buddy and lets try to "hookup" .....Fishrite

Re: ATTN: Luredragger!
Fish Hawg,
I will get an e-mail out to my source and see if he has any or can find any. If anybody can he can. How mant do you want if he has any? I am sure that they will be pretty spendy. I think I have a wee wart in the color you mentioned. Red hed, white body, with silver sparkles on it? I will let you know what I find out.

Yep, AV216. Gonna have to see if Mr. Fall Chinookie wants to play with one of those!

Re: ATTN: Luredragger!
Dampainter, yes the color number of the lure is an AV216.
Fish Hawg, you are right, they are only going to make 12 colors in the wiggle warts when they come out. I thought they were going to be coming out very soon. I had a list of the colors at one time. All I remember is that it was none of the colors that interested me.

Re: ATTN: Luredragger!
For the last two years the fall chinook have definately liked them. I'm sure glad that I have 24 dozen of them coming. I wouldn't want to ever run out of them.

Re: ATTN: Luredragger!
This is the plug, If I could use only one plug it would be this in a wiggle wart size. Steelhead and salmon love it. This is a wee wart size.

Re: ATTN: Luredragger!
I am still waiting for a response back from him, it may take him awhile to find them. If they are around I am sure he will come up with them. Don't be surprised if they are somewhere around $8 to $10 a piece though. I will let you know what I find out as soon as I know something. Sounds like I better get all he can find.
Just what I need is more wiggle warts

Re: ATTN: Luredragger!
West side, I never fished the east side. My dad and Uncle use to fish the Big D and they always had one out, I have caught winter chinook, when backtrolling them on the Lewis river for steel head  , springers, slivers and steelhead on the cowlitz. It works in all water conditions. I wish they still made it....Ross
