Steve the effects are everywhere and the media is not doing justice to just how significant this slow down is. It is affecting just about every sector in my business too and I have had to make some big changes and cut staff to weather the storm.

It is not pretty and certainly I can sympathize with you. We work so hard to make our business a success only to be darn near felled by economic downturns. Feast or famine is what it is sometimes. I think many of us here can use the same prayers you are asking for. People are depending on us for work so it is not just our families that are involved but the families of our employees too.

It is not selfish at all to ask God for help in both the good and the bad times. Thing we need to remember is to thank Him for the good times too. That part can be hard for us to remember when we get busy and are patting ourselves on the back. You have my concern and prayers.

I've been hearing a lot of this lately from my clients (I'm an accountant), especially in your business. This thing's got to turn, and I pray every day that it will. Spring is coming, business will pick up, just have to ride out the inevitable downturns. I'll be praying for your faith, patience and endurance.
