Default Morse Controller Stuck.

Hello eveyone.

I have a 1998 Mercruiser 4.3 V6, Alpha1 controlled by a Morse controller.

I can shift in and out of gear just fine but I can't push the engine pass idle on the Morse controller either in gear or at neutral. I have detached the cable that connected the carburator and can rev up the engine by hand at the carburator.

Any idea where the problem might be? Stuck cable? problem with the controller?

Thanks everyone.

Probably a stuck throttle cable, disconnect it at both ends and see if the control or cable is stuck.

If I disconnect it at both ends, will I be able to move it by hand?

Thanks Boat Doc.
