If your in the Tillamook area an easy spot to fish is behind the Guide Shop on the Wilson. I've seen a lot of fish caught there with a few bright Steelhead showing up. Bobber and eggs seems to be the ticket.

FB, you can fish the Hospital hole out of Tillamook which is on the Trask tidewater. Just follow the signs to the hospital and go past it to a big barn on the right, I believe is says something about camping. Great bobber fishing.

It's still a little early for steelhead but as rags pointed out, you might find some at the guide shop (mills bridge) at the tail out.

Good Luck!

If you don't mind hiking and love beautiful country, cross the Kilchis at the Logging bridge hole and wander up the logging road.
You have to hike down in many places, but there are some good holes if you do some exploring and take the "Fanny Falls" way of doing things!
Just stop before you hit water! It scares the fish!
