Default Left over eggs?

I know I'm not the only one facing this issue ... I took too many eggs out of the freezer for the day's fishing. How should I keep the eggs in the best shape for my next trip? The eggs were cured before they were originally frozen, but now they've thawed. Should I keep them in the fridge for a few days until the next trip? Should I refreeze them? Should I pack them in anything to keep them in good shape? I've never really found the solution to this one.

Did you use a cure like pro-cure or pro-glow if so you can keep them in the fridge for a long time just put them in a canning jar and seal it.,or refreeze them.I'm not sure about eggs that have been boraxed, maybe if you put them in a canning jar and seal them by useing a match or foodsaver they might be all right. ??

Should be able to re-freeze without a problem, if not, change cure...........

To refreeze them will be just fine..But you can also keep them in the fridge for a long time.. TM

Refreezing them will cause them to be even softer and wetter becuase they will break down more. If you can vac them they should be allright for quite a while.

Freezing Eggs...
I've got a little bait frig in my office-with a little freezer on the top half. I had the frezer set at about 33 degrees.
They didn't freeze, but almost. Kept real good for a long long time.
WARNING: Don't re-set the "wifes" freezer for 33degrees or you get in hot water.
I've told my egg curing buddies that we will be doing smaller containers from now on. Because of this same reason.
