Tires were used for SCCA racing (by a co-worker) and have rubber debris stuck to the tread. The last photo shows one of the tires with the worst tire tread condition. If you look at the first 2 photos, you can see the tread on some of the other tires. The tread appears extremely worn, but these tires get shaved before being used on a track. See link for more info:

These are not new tires for sure, but would still be good for a track day, or informal race. $10 per tire and you can save the tread on your street tires and have more grip. I would get the tires hot and scrub the rubber debris off (i.e. driving, not scrub by hand).
