Re: Px90
We (wife and I) own P90X, Tony's H's Power Half Hour, and Debbie Seabers Slim in Six workout CDs. We have using them in various combinations for a year now.
P90X is not for the faint at heart. We generally do one of the Power Halfs or one of Debbie's workouts....3 to 6 days per week. I like to throw in a P90X workout here and there if I looking for a hard hour+ workout.
P90X is a VERY SERIOUS program and there is no question that if you followed it to the letter...you'd come away ripped in 90 days.
His recovery drink is excellent.

i started the 1st workout with p90x 2 days ago. You better be dedicated to this program. This stuff will kick your A$$. I was so sore the next day, i believe though, that if a guy stuck to this plan, the lady's would come. LOL Great hard core workout for sure. Worth the money.

Re: Px90
Looked on craigslist and there is a guy selling copies of the DVD's for $25.00. Once he told me they were copies, I ended the conversation. Thanks but no thanks.

Re: Px90
my wife does an aerobic tape from the makers of p90x, just a basic aerobic workout. I have seen the p90x commercials and heard my wife talk about it and I am pretty sure I would have hemmoroids the size of spaceships if I tried that crap.

I'm the same age as you and I'm hanging with it. I wasn't in shape when I started either.
