SD-

It's always that time of year. Depends on what you are looking for. Most of the scroungy fish can be caught off jetties pretty much year round. Use jigs (not the steelhead ones,) or sandshrimp or pieces of baitfish or anythign at all fishy. The weather is certainly a factor, as often you are fishing somwhere that you don't want a wave visiting you at.

The Ling Cod should be entering the bays soon, for spawning. That will bring in the larger Black Bass too. You can go try out of Tillamook, at Barview. That would be a great place to start. If there are people out there, give it a try. If not I would call Marie at Tillamook Bait and ask her, she would know.
