Coos Bay crabbing

Has anyone been crabbing in Coos Bay lately? We are thinking about giving a shot on Saturday.

Had a buddy go last week and said it was the worst he's ever seen. That can be taken with a grain of salt, but not hot by any means.

The Coos Bay crab moved to Port Orford! We like the crabbing outside of the bay and last weekend it was poor as well.

Talked to a bunch of boats in the bay, no crab but good for sea trout!

It was a great day to crab. Too bad the crab were still in Orford. We ended up with 2 keepers. It was a really nice day to try the boat out, so it wasn't wasted.
