Default Therm\'X Catalytic heater

Has anybody heard of these or have one? I have one and I don't know what type of fuel it uses. Looking to use it on a drift boat for Winter Steelheading. It has a Plastic Tank with what looks like cotton for a wic and screen. It's made in France and I tried to look up the company and there's a company in California with the same name. It's not the same manufacturer. This looks like an older unit though. I'm not sure if it uses Alcohol or White gas or Kerosene. Before I fill it with anything and set myself on fire, I thought I'd ask around. There was one like it but might be a different model with a metal tank on ebay and he said it takes White gas. And there is no heat adjustment either if thta helps.

This unit looks like it's in great condition and would not like to buy a coleman at this time. I like the other thread and have gotten info on the other thread. Thanks in advance.
