Default Jig Fishing for Salmon - HTOS Monday Night

Hello ....

I wanted to remind you that this Monday Night, on Portland Cable Access, we will be airing a show with Mark Anderson of First Cast Jigs, salmon fishing on the Upper Wilson.

Between the 4 of us, (R.T., Big Stew, Mark & I) we managed 3 Chinook and a Steelhead...All on Mark's Jigs. Obviously they WORK!

Also, R.T. play's "Emeril", showing us HIS techniques for curing Eggs...right from his Kitchen!

The show is Available to all of those who have AT&T Cable throughout the Portland Metro Area, on Channel 11 at 9:00 PM.

Last Thing....Thanks to Walt (Gizmo Man), we will now be airing the Show, beginning November 18th, throughout Clark County on Channel 11 as well. Please check the website for Date & Times.

I hope you enjoy the Show.

Tight Lines,

Scott

Scott,

What is the chance of setting up an internet broadcast of the show? The only shows of yours I have got to see are the ones you have brought to the Sandy Chapter Steelheaders meeting to play.

Without cable I just can't catch the show.....

HTOS is on ExtraNet ... you can download shows 1 through 8 atHERE.

The show tomorrow is #45, so you need to give the Big Tamale a nudge to get the other ones on line.

Jenny...

Sorry! I will be happy to send you a copy in a week or so! Have I asked you if there is a Cable Access Channel in the Tillamook Area? If so, they may allow submittals from outside the area as other Access Channels do...Let me know.

Oh, and Pete...I am submitting Several new shows to ExtranetTV now so, be on the lookout.

Thanks for the post Scott. It was a good time on the Wilson and I'm glad you got into your first fish on a jig. I'm looking forward to seeing the show.

******,

I haven't forgot about you.....

Jenny, Get me the name of the Cable Access Provider in Tillamook when you have time.

FM2, Not yet....That's when you get into the "Big Leagues" and make it a full-time job. Not Much $$ out there right now to throw at Fishing Shows.

Impressive "First Cast" Chinook jig fishing show last night. Nice fish. The egg curing segment should have helped a lot of people. I see Stewy can fall down on the bank as good as RT! RT wastes no time gathering "his" eggs does he? LOL.

If we could get a sponsor in Salem everyone down here could view the program. Anyone interested? I would but I'm from Keizer. Close but not close enough.

Great job on the jig fishing program Scott. I really enjoyed it. I learned alot about curing eggs from RT also.
RT must not have a wife. If I ever came close to my wife's kitchen with fish eggs I would be killed!
Am I the only one that was trying to figure out where they were fishing on the Wilson? I have an idea where but Im not sure.
Keep us posted on any other programs! Don

Great show guys. Lots of good info, nice fish and great acting . Hope you paid those animal actors the going wage...

I'll have my jigs with me on the coast later this week. My wife liked the show too. You made it look so easy she's looking forward to catching chinook with a bobber and jig.

Thanks

Allright!!!

I'm glad you liked the show! Without doubt, jig fishing for Salmon is going to become a very popular technique....very soon.

Yes, RT sure did jump in and Stake Claim on those eggs. I also think he did a good job on the curing process. Now I want to know what that was in his secret Shaker jar  His wife DID make an appearance, but didn't stick around long.

And lastly...like Lipripper has said...if there is anyone interested in Sponsoring the show...(Not Financially)....in Salem, let me know. I need to have a local Sponsor or someone who lives in THAT community, to co-sign so I can submit shows in that area. All that it takes is a 1-hour meeting to understand the process, and you're done. Everything else, I do.

If intersted, let me know.

Scott: Your show sounds like my kind of entertainment. Any chance it will come to
Clackamas County? We have cable through Clear Creek Telephone. Thanks, Drifter. javascript: x()

Drifter...

You must be in a remote area (Somewhat) of Clackamas County because I know the show airs IN Clackamas....If you're in Molalla, Beaver Creek, etc., you are on a different Cable Network. Do you have an Access Channel?? You know, it's the Channel with shows like "My Iran" and Spag, horrible City Council Meetings nobody ever watches??? If so, let me know the name of the Provider...(ie: Portland Cable Access), etc. I'll check into it.
