Default Parental control software

Any recommendations on software to monitor my kids activity on my computer?

I heard that there is software that will monitor computer time. sites visited, and even obtain passwords of other users that use the computer.

My kids are entering the teens and I'm concerned about what they see and what they say. It seems like there are loopholes that you can get through in regards to just blocking site types or categories.

I wish I could trust my kids 100%, but I also remember when I was a kid.

Start here http://www.fosi.org/ (Family Online Safety Institute) if you haven't already.

Links to other online resources.
There are too many options available to be able to suggest one.
This is a good place to start.
