Default recent rain and crabbing

Any opinions about the effect of the recent rain and the population of crabs for crabbing this weekend - Nahalem, Baker Bay or Tillamook?

My wife and I fished and crabbed in T-Bay on Monday. Fishing was slow, but we pulled 22 keeper crab with three of the Danielson pots. We put the pots in 1-1/2 hours before high slack and pulled them 1-1/2 hours after high slack. We used Arkansas road runners for bait. I think the majority of the crab were 6-1/2 inches or larger. You really didn't even need to measure them.

Talked to Kelly this afternoon at Jetty Fishery (nehalem jaws) and he said crabbing there was slow. Just enough fresh water to move then back out to the ocean. Also have monster tide swings this weekend so he doesnt expect much. :depressed:
