Astoria Airport fishing info needed. (PDX also)

I'm working a private flight to Astoria tomorrow early afternoon, leaving about 5-6 pm. I'll have a few hours there, and was wondering if it would be worthwhile to bring some fishing gear.

Is there anywhere within walking or short driving distance worth fishing?

I'll be in PDX in the am (9-noon), but I don't know if that situation is "do-able."

Thanks in advance for any info you might have for either airport.
