A Public Appology To The Offended
Just want to appologize to those that were offended by my "Idiot" post on Saturday. This was an uncalled for expedition of anger and I regret making it a public issue on this board. I should have handled the situation on the water or by e-mail. This I do regret.
My sincere appology goes to the one that I treatened and targeted in the post. I am sorry for that sir.
I realize that this issue is a touchy one at best for bobber fisherman and trollers. I personally do both. However, I do respect the area when I see bobber fisherman there. "When in Rome, do as the Romans". I still believe that floating over someones bobber water is wrong, especially in an area like this where it can be avoided.
Certainly, I am a person that likes to get along with others. Not one to rock the boat to much and I am normally fairly researved and slow to anger. This situation really bothered me and truly felt I had been wronged. Obviously other disagree with me and that is fine too. We all have opinions about this specific area to fish and to that we are entitled.
Everyone here on this board has my word that this will not happen again in such a specific manner. I will handle it privately and with to the point dignity and fairness.
Again, my sincere appologies.
Bernie

Catch and Eat, Its nice to see someone own up to a mistake. I recently made one and apologized for it. Sometimes we shift our big mouth into the wrong gear and start driving befor we know where we are going. Have a nice day. Cagey.

Re: A Public Appology To The Offended
Cagey, would that be like ordering an old fashioned donut and getting and eating a maple bar before you realized it wasnt what you ordered.
So you appoligized for eating it and ordered another old fashioned and a bear claw for the road.
Good luck in Murderers Creek - I looked at Little Aldrich MT for about an hour one day at long distance (from Battle Mountain) and couldnt see any elk on it.

Sorry Roy, this doesn't concern your daily break snacks.
Thanks for the appology Catch and Eat. I hope there's no lingering hard feelings. We have some great people here and hopefully we will lay this to rest.
Back to fishing,
Gregg

Re: A Public Appology To The Offended
Can anyone (any Hillbillly at least) argue that this is the most beautiful "back porch"
in the world and Oregon is the ONLY place to be in the world. We should all count our blessings? IS IT AUGUST YET???

Re: A Public Appology To The Offended
Agreed, Doug.
And I'm a hillbilly and I can't argue over the scenery like that pictured above. Although sunrises and sunsets from the white, sandy beaches of Florida aren't too shabby either.
