Default The Necanicum

Ok...tell me the truth...is it worth bringing my rod down this weekend?? Gonna be in Seaside for 4 days...only have the early mornings as I have committed these days to my wife...but yes Hooch...I can sneak away while she sleeps in.

If there is a chance...the rod and eggs etc will come.

I spent this last weekend in Seaside. There were a number of people fishing the river Fri, Sat, and Sun this weekend. Talked to a few. I did not hear of many caught but there were quite a few fish in the river. A lot of splashes. Did hear rumor of a 30# accidentally snagged at the convention center docks and released. Did not witness it though. Most of the action with fish rolling occured on the incomming tides. Try it and report back. Would love to hear of some success.
