Default lodging on the coast
Can anybody recommend an affordable motel in the Newport, or Lincoln city area? Need 3 beds!

Ester Lee's Motel in Lincoln City. One and two bedroom units with kitchen. Some with wood burning fire places. Winter rates this time of year. I have stayed there a dozen times.

I hope your aren't looking for the weekend of February 23rd because you probably won't find one, at least in Newport. The Seafood and wine festival is that weekend.
