Default Turkey Hunting

New to turkey hunting and moving to wilsonville. I'm looking for a place to go close to home. If any one has a location they don't mind talking about that would be great.

Call ODFW and speak to a biologist. Your best bet is to knock on doors and get permission. Step 1. talk to a bio, step 2. drive around farm land and spot turkeys, step 3. knock on doors and ask permission, step 4. make good relations and harvest turkeys forever.

The closest to you is probably about 75 miles south. There are lots of birds on the east side, but I am hearing they got hit with the bad weather and their numbers may take a decline. The valley should still hold plenty.
