Default Apache Tent Trailer

Does anyone know anyone else that might have one of these? My boss is looking for one, so I thought I'd check on here. I didn't see the 'classifieds' link on here, so i put it here.

Are you sure he meant Apache trailer sales?
That's on SE 82nd, Ptld and they do sell
lots of pop ups. Straight up place, one price,
no games.

Apache's are an old school tent trailer, it had hard sides and tents on the ends. They were pretty well built (my brother used to wrench on 'em in the early 80's), the only real weaknesses were the cable system and they rattled in the wind. I don't have a clue if they are still being made (but doubt it), they were pretty common in the southwest.

Question Re: Apache Tent Trailer

We have a 1995 Coleman with 2 king beds. Yes, they still make them, and they're pretty spendy new. We got ours in near mint condition when our kids were younger, and now that they're off to college we're thinking about selling it. If you're interested, send me an email (I'm not on this site normally!)

Me and my dad have an old Apache hardside. We like it, its gotten us through some tough storms. Actually on the old mid 70's model, the sides, and the ends were all fiberglass panels that kind of folded up/down. They don't make them anymore, for something like that set-up take a look at Chalet trailers, they fold down like a tent trailer, but are hardsided like a Apache - there is one for sale on the board here. Come spring check craigslist and you will probably find a used one, they tend to sell pretty cheap and are a fun setup.
