Whats eagle creek doing?

Plan on going up there this afternoon, are there any nice fish still up there?

At the mouth and up to the park. Otherwise there are a ton by the hatchery. The bucks look ok but don't keep the hens. Soon as you put the knife to them they spew all over the place.

If you want a 50 fish afternoon, park above the hatchery and hike down. Walk the creek until you find the fish.

OK Bernie you going to take me up to the hot spots? just kidding I'm taking a friend and wouldn't want you to give up any honey holes. How do you get to the hatchery? never have been. Thought I would get out a little bit today. Should go Gator fishing but don't really have the time [img]images/icons/wink.gif[/img]

Rod, just keep going up the road past the park, the bridge, into the town of George. Not to long after going through George you will desend a hill and see the fish hatchery sign. Turn right and follow the road. Park up on the hair pin with the other rigs and hike the trail down 1/2 to 3/4 mile. Once down on the creek, walk up river until you see the first house. Stop, look in the water, begin to fish. That is if you remember how. Oh yeah, snagging is illegal Rod [img]images/icons/grin.gif[/img] . Lots of fish to have fun with but not many keepers.
