Default Cedar Creek

Spent the morning with friends hitting the holes of the Sandy at Cedar Creek. Nada
Heard of a couple missed landings, and a dark leftover.
Good luck to those who try it this weekend.

WERE YOU ABLE TO CROSS OVER AT THE CREEK OR IS THE WATER TOO HIGH? THOUGHT ABOUT FISHING IT IN THE MORNING...WONDER IF IT'S WORTH IT?

There were folks crossing OK. A few got above waist level, but for the most part it was wade-able. A funny, but cold story is that two buddies were crossing back and missed the path, and went too far downstream. Stepped into water above their waders, got on shore OK, but one had to swam for a few feet.

That is funny since nobody got hurt. I did that once. I didn't know anything about anything, took one step into a stream without checking for depth or footing and I was in the water. I froze for the rest of the day, I probably should have gone home.
