Turbo Fishin
Just got back from spending six days fishing. Took a week off of work and when my wife asked me what my game plan was, I told her "Just pretend I don't exist for the next week". Sunday the 13th and Monday the 14th fished the Oyster House area. Had one on each day and lost them. Got to meet Fishin Mission, ******, and Stew (Good to meet you guys). Tuesday got blown off of the bay so I headed north and got a nice 20 lb buck on a small stream that no one else was fishing. Wednesday took a buddy up the tidewater of the Trask, we hooked three and landed one. Thursday I let my 10 year old play hookie and we headed back up to my little stream that no one else was fishing He managed to get a bobber down on his third cast of the morning and came up with a nice 30 lb hen. I had another bobber down that I totally missed and that was it. Friday my Son fished with me again. I hooked one out at the picket fence and lost it. We went back up to the Oyster House as the tide was coming in hard. I decided to show my son how to backbounce eggs. First 5 minutes of backbouncing the little "Angel" hooks and lands a 40 plus lb buck.
All and all a great week of fishing. By the way, I also got to meet Jennie and Bill on Friday.
