fishery report
Since I posted my open seat too late last night I ended up taking the wife on my boats maiden voyage. Scored a 42" and she got a 44" 20 shakers between the 2 of us. Started at noon and were done by 3. Used smelt and a smelt/cured egg cocktail. The eggs were over a year old and the sturgeon just loved them. Also hooked some on old herring. The river was rough at times and the wind had lots of boats whipping around.
